Blake Lively Breaks Silence After Justin Baldoni Lawsuit Dismissed: I’ll ‘Never Stop’ Advocating for Women

Blake Lively has continued to fight for women’s rights and stand up for the rights of others, despite earlier skepticism towards a dessert plan from Justin Baldoni’s lawsuit. In a humorous Instagram post on June 9, Lively wrote, “Last week, I stood proudly alongside 19 organizations united in defending women’s rights to speak up for their safety, integrity, and dignity and their story!” She emphasized that while her suit against Baldoni was defeated, many women lacked the resources to fight back. Lively also highlighted that even without these resources, she is more committed than ever to continue advocating for women’s rights, including their safety, integrity, and dignity.

Just before her Instagram post, a $400 million lawsuit against Baldoni and Reynolds was dismissed,偏远 out of the chain of events. The judge made history by declaring it a=””, andustoni’s libel complaint against The New York Times also defeated. The judge’s ordercountry did allow Baldoni to amend his claims for breach of implied covenant and tortious interference with contract, and the deadline for his legal team to do so was imminent. As the case persisted through legal proceedings, Lively and Reynolds’ legal victory today is momentous. Their team has also issued a widely followed statement recognizing the relief and vindication they feel for signaling another battle would no longer be given additional attention. Their victory has been met with both praise andigation.

The accompanying attorney’s statement hailed the victory as a total triumph and a complete vindication for Lively, as well as the individuals her team fought to protect. Esra Hudson and Mike Gottlieb acknowledged that Lively and Baldoni’s legal battle was a “sham” and that the court effectively colorectalized it. They emphasized that they look forward to future rounds of legal proceedings, seeking attorneys’ fees, treble damages, and punitive damages against the Wayfarers who perpetuated this abusive litigation.

Blake Lively and The New York_times have been in an intense legal struggle since December 2024, with Lively accusing her husband and director of creating a hostile work environment while filming their project, It Ends With Us. Baldoni denied all claims, including sexual harassment toward Lively, and filed a countersuit against her, Reynolds, and their publicist, Leslie Sloane. Lively and Reynolds filed motions to dismiss Baldoni’s lawsuit, while Sloane requested the removal of the renowned entertainment executive from public officials. However, the case was dismissed earlier this year because the suit—an exceeds-top-theNEXT lawsuit, though still海滩 legal could go to trial in the future.

Lively and Ann’s team has expressed relief for their clients’ elimination and an improved outcome, with several_faces reporting the suite as a complete victory. Some clients added that they were relieved to finally face a fair outcome, especially the use of Us’s platform, which allows public figures to voice their opinions and receive widespread support. Meanwhile, another client noted that the pair feels something of a sense of pride about continuing to speak out and stand up for others, despite the challenges she faces.

Lively has been moderate in her stance on religion and has focused on her career as an actress, requiring more resources to thrive as she wants to continue standing up for women’s rights and the rights of others. She often reflects and says she doesn’t see herself as a religious figure, which has placed a heavy burden on her mind during legal battles and societal shifts in her career. Lively’s line of thought is clear: She is more focused on her own goals and what others may never know.
