UN calls for calm as violence flares in South Sudan

Fighting Breakouts in Upper Nile State/North Sudan
The United Nations and the South Sudan People’s Defence Forces (SSPF) reported that fighting materialized in the northwestern region of Upper Nile State, which borders Sudan, on February 14 and 15.
