Colorado terror attack suspect Mohamed Sabry Soliman’s wife and 5 children detained by ICE, face expedited deportation

The wife and five children ofCX terrorist suspect Mohamed Sabry Soliman have been apprehended by federal immigration agents in the U.S. and are set to be swiftly deported upon their release, according to sources. Mr. Soliman, in his late thirties, originally lived in Egypt but now resides in the U.S. at the age of 45, after his legal status expired on March 28. Despite his legal insecurities, Mr. Soliman has been living illegally for two months in the U.S. due to his absence of a valid visa. His family, including his wife and children, are now being custody-borne from federal agents in his latest arrest. This comes after he completed his work authorization in March, just after making his initial application for asylum pending the attack on March 28.

Mr. Soliman’s escape from the U.S. took several months, during which he was allowed to rely on his tourist visa until February 2023.
