Exclusive | Staten Island Dems endorse Cuomo for NYC mayor — even though ex-gov hasn’t entered race

The Staten Island Democratic Party formally backed Andrew Cuomo for mayor Thursday, even though the ex-new York governor hasn’t declared he’s running.
