World leaders highlight resolve against Russia’s arms-a Samurai War
billions this week in a statement to The Post, retired Gen. Keith Kellogg to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. Kellogg revealed that sanctions on Russia are being enforced on a 1-3 scale, with the margin of suffering significantly increased. During a meeting between President Trump and Kellogg, Kellogg emphasized that the entire administration "is on the hook for ending the war." He called for action from all elements of national power, including the national security team.
