Kaulig Racing Secures Sponsorship Agreement with Ty Dillon for 2025 Season

Kaulig Racing is gearing up for the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series season with a revitalized approach, marked by a significant new partnership and strategic internal adjustments. A cornerstone of this new era is the multi-race sponsorship agreement with Grizzly Nicotine Pouches, a product of the American Snuff Company. This partnership will see the Grizzly brand prominently displayed on Ty Dillon’s No. 10 Chevrolet for nine races, commencing with the prestigious Daytona 500, the sport’s season-opening spectacle. This collaboration not only provides crucial funding for Kaulig Racing but also represents a symbolic return to NASCAR’s historical ties with tobacco companies, a relationship that significantly shaped the sport’s early growth and popularity.

The sponsorship deal with Grizzly holds a deeper significance than just financial backing. It signifies a rekindling of a long-standing association between NASCAR and tobacco-related products, harking back to the decades-long title sponsorship of the Cup Series by R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company, the parent company of American Snuff. While direct tobacco advertising has waned due to evolving regulations, the Grizzly partnership serves as a modern-day iteration of this historic relationship, acknowledging the enduring connection between the sport and this industry. For Grizzly, the sponsorship provides a powerful platform to connect with its target demographic within the NASCAR fanbase, reinforcing brand loyalty and visibility within a passionate and engaged audience.

For Kaulig Racing, the partnership comes at a crucial juncture. The 2024 season presented challenges, particularly with maintaining consistent performance on the track. Recognizing the need for change, the team has implemented strategic personnel changes, including the appointments of Mike Cook as technical director and Andrew Dickeson as crew chief for the No. 10 car. These strategic moves aim to bolster the team’s technical prowess and improve overall competitiveness, laying the groundwork for a stronger 2025 campaign. The addition of Ty Dillon, an experienced driver with a proven track record, further strengthens Kaulig Racing’s driver lineup, complementing the veteran presence of AJ Allmendinger in the No. 16 car. Dillon’s return to full-time racing with Kaulig Racing and the support from Grizzly provide a platform for him to showcase his talent and contribute to the team’s pursuit of success.

Ty Dillon’s enthusiasm for the partnership with Grizzly is palpable. He views this opportunity as a pivotal moment in his career, recognizing the value of a strong sponsor and the potential for achieving significant results with Kaulig Racing. Dillon’s commitment to delivering strong performances on the track underscores the shared ambition between driver, team, and sponsor. The Daytona 500, NASCAR’s most iconic race, provides a fitting stage for the debut of this new partnership, offering maximum exposure and setting the tone for the season ahead. The combined forces of Dillon’s driving skills, Kaulig Racing’s strategic improvements, and the backing of Grizzly create a potent combination poised to make a significant impact in the 2025 season.

Beyond the on-track competition, Kaulig Racing is also emphasizing community engagement through its continued partnership with The Fallen Outdoors. This non-profit organization provides outdoor recreational opportunities for veterans, active-duty military personnel, and Gold Star families, aligning with NASCAR’s long-standing tradition of supporting military-related causes. This commitment reflects a broader awareness within the sport of its social responsibilities and the importance of giving back to those who have served their country. It also underscores the team’s values and commitment to making a positive impact beyond the race track.

The upcoming 2025 NASCAR season promises to be a pivotal one for Kaulig Racing. The Grizzly Nicotine Pouches sponsorship, coupled with internal restructuring and a focus on community engagement, signals a renewed commitment to competitiveness and growth. The return of Ty Dillon to full-time racing, the strategic additions to the team’s technical staff, and the partnership with The Fallen Outdoors all contribute to a sense of optimism and purpose. As the Daytona 500 approaches, anticipation builds for the debut of the No. 10 Grizzly Chevrolet and the potential for a successful season ahead. This combination of factors positions Kaulig Racing for a strong performance in the 2025 season and beyond.
