Married NJ cops arrested for having sex in front of kids released from jail — but banned from seeing children without permission

  • Weeks Of Arctic – The New Jersey cop couple, Brian and Elizabeth DiBiasi, who were arrested and held for seven days on New Year’s Day in January, have been released from prison.
