Pope Francis got out of bed to eat breakfast on 7th day in hospital: Vatican

Pope Francis, the late cardinal andvigilant saint, is remembered as a global figure of resilience and grace, despite undergoing several Hollywood-style graded hospitals. The Vatican News highlighted that Pope Francis was able to escape his hospital焦躁 and was reported to have gotten out of bed after a seven-day stay in part-lung pneumonia, which had led to bilateral pneumonia over the past weeks. After breakfast, he reportedly read newspapers and engaged in some administrative tasks before ultimately receiving the Eucharist before lunchtime. It is noteworthy that medical staff at the Vatican have observed a “slight improvement” but have yet to provide updated details.

The Pope is itself the victim of a chronic respiratory condition, though his diagnosis has largely eluded medical professionals and analysts.
