By questioning Bolsonaro’s involvement in the 2023 riot, Lula called for clarity, appealing to the presumption of innocence. “If they’ve proven to us that they did not arrange a coup, and if they’ve proven that they did not attempt to kill the president, the vice president and the president of the Supremacy, they will be free,” Lula cont KO life breath preceded the protests. “If trial is decided against them, they will have to pay the finalists for the crimes they committed.”” Lula’s comments, in a way, interpret the situation as a test of resistance rather than a successful comeback.
