The Supreme Court’s decision on Thursday extends its authority to block President Donald Trump from revoking Harvard University’s Standing and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP), ensuring the university continues to sponsor international student visas to U.S. students. Gavoor pointed out that Sig likely "has adequate authority" to review and reevaluate the program, but without clear procedures.
