President-elect Trump has chosen Warren A. Stephens to serve as the U.S. ambassador to the Court of St. James, representing the country in the U.K. Trump praised Stephens for his work as the president, chairman, and CEO of Stephens Inc., as well as his philanthropic efforts in the community. Stephens, who has always dreamed of serving the United States full-time, expressed his excitement about the opportunity to serve as the top Diplomat to one of America’s closest allies. This appointment is part of Trump’s ongoing efforts to fill positions in his administration.

Warren A. Stephens, the chosen ambassador, is the chairman, president, and CEO of Stephens Inc., a privately owned diversified financial services firm based in Little Rock, Arkansas. He graduated from Washington and Lee University with a BA in economics and later earned an MBA from Wake Forest University. Under Stephens’ leadership, the company expanded into major U.S. markets and opened offices in London, U.K. and Frankfurt, Germany. He has also held positions of leadership in organizations such as the National Association of Securities Dealers District Conduct Committee and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Dillard’s Inc.

In addition to his professional achievements, Warren A. Stephens has been actively involved in civic and community organizations. He has chaired the board for the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts, the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts Foundation Board, and the Episcopal Collegiate School Foundation Board. Stephens has also served on the Board of Directors for the Central Arkansas Boys and Girls Club. His broad experience in both the financial sector and community service make him a well-rounded choice for the role of U.S. ambassador to the U.K.

The announcement of Warren A. Stephens’ appointment comes as part of President-elect Trump’s efforts to fill key positions in his administration. Stephens’ long-standing career in the financial industry, as well as his philanthropic work within the community, have prepared him for the role of representing the United States in the U.K. The Senate will need to confirm Stephens’ position as U.S. ambassador to the Court of St. James, but with his background and experience, he is well-suited for the role.

As the chosen U.S. ambassador to the Court of St. James, Warren A. Stephens expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to serve his country in such a prestigious position. Trump extended his congratulations to Stephens, his wife Harriet, their three children, and their six grandchildren. With his leadership experience in the financial sector, as well as his commitment to philanthropy and community involvement, Stephens brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role. His background and dedication to serving the United States make him a strong candidate for this important diplomatic position.
