Upon arrival at our facility, each mattress undergoes a series of hands-on tests conducted by our expert team. Objective and Subjective Firmness Evaluation

Each team member evaluates and ranks the firmness on a scale of 1 (softest) to 10 (firmest), using industry terminology like "soft" or "medium-firm." We assess this by having testers move vigorously on one side of the bed while another tester remains still on the other side. We also use a glass of water placed on the edge to observe how much movement is transferred across the surface. Edge support, while less critical for king-size mattresses, is still an important aspect to consider. We evaluate edge support by sitting and lying on the mattress perimeter, assessing its sturdiness and resistance to collapsing.
